- Grill or pan-fry over high heat. The tenderloin side cooks faster, so keep it a little away from the hottest spot.

- Message us on Facebook at any time, or call between 9:00 and 16:00.
- Delivery
- We deliver within Ulaanbaatar, usually the day after you order, or within 2–3 days at busy times and over holidays. Delivery only; there is no pickup.
- Freshness
- After 48 hours of chilling, the meat is flash-frozen at −18°C. It keeps for up to 6 months in a commercial freezer.
